On Monday October 13, 2014, the U.S.- Mexico Foundation, together with the Universidad de las Américas Puebla (UDLAP), Iniciativa Ciudadana para la Promoción de la Cultura del Diálogo, A.C. and Dream in México, A.C., organized a discussion of the book Los Otros Dreamers by Jill Anderson and Nin Solís during Global Diaspora Week.

The event gathered experts in migration, returned Dreamers, and the general public to learn and discuss the experiences of young people who grew up in the United States without knowing their home country, but have returned to Mexico either by choice or through deportation.
